Al would like to invite the residents of Black Bourton to the Cartwright’s annual fireworks and bonfire night (on this Saturday October 30th at 6:30 pm ). Because it’s a week early this year they’ve decided to also make it a Halloween party so feel free to get yourself and the kids dressed up in something spooky and most importantly bring some fireworks to add to the evenings display. They are putting on soup and hot dogs and live music By The Two Dumb Blonds this year. It will probably carry on into the Music studio a bit later too, so bring whatever tipple to carry on drinking into the night.
Following Alan’s kind invitation the BBVA have decided not to have a Halloween event on Sunday 31st October. Villagers are invited to wear Halloween or any style Fancy Dress … children and adults … there will be a prizes for the best dressed.
Children should be closely supervised by their parents on the night as the property has a brook at the end of the garden and there are a number of machines and vehicles on site.
